Spoiled Rotten Catering owner and CEO, Clarice Ofoegbu, MBA grad and proud alum of University of Houston, has a passion for food and believes that no food is real until well-seasoned. Her passion for catering started after graduating with her bachelors in Marketing at the University of Houston. Fall 2013 she heard a word from God that it was time to make that passion turn into reality. While tackling corporate America, Clarice worked 8-5 and continued after to fulfill local orders for new and old clients. She is known for her famous crawfish mac and cheese balls, meal prep pans, and signature rose cakes. Clarice has had the opportunity to cook for Houston Rockets and Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders, and Justin Combs himself for Houston Appreciation Week just to name a few. Clarice is a self-taught chef with big dreams who continues to create recipes inspired based upon travel, family traditions, and experience.

We will learn the importance of not keeping all of your eggs in one basket. As entrepreneurs, we forget that there is more than one way to skin a cow. You are here because you have a desire to capitalize on what you ALREADY have. Yes, new ideas can be inspired by present activity or inventory. You want to be able to naturally upsell, generate income, and data within your platform. You want to test trial and error too in order to understand if that product is seasonal or all year round.
