Coconut Mango Smoothie Bowl

You won’t sit here and tell me that you can’t make this! No you won’t! Look it’s something about frozen fruit that I can’t get enough of. I mean honestly, I’ve always been a froyo type of gal anyway so this is way up my alley. The best part is, you honestly only need 3 ingredients but since I’m extra….you will get those optional ingredients! I’ve never been an ice cream gal anyway so this frozen breakfast, lunch, or snack is always the move. The addiction to this bad boy is REAL!
Half a bag of frozen mangos
2 scoops of plain greek yogurt
3 spoons of coconut milk
A spoon of chia seeds
A spoon of almond or peanut butter
Cashews or your favorite peanut
Take your ingredients and blend them in a food processor until blended. Scoop out your frozen dessert in a bowl and place the toppings listed or your favorite toppings and ENJOY!
